Washing instructions:

• machine washable at 40 °C / 100°F;
  
• no need to iron (but if you must, make sure it's inside out);
  
• air dry or tumble dry at low heat.

Each product is made to order to reduce overproduction and maintain fair pricing. Please allow 1-2 weeks for production.

Standard shipping normally takes: 

• 4 – 11 business days for Europe; 
• 2 – 3 weeks for USA and Canada;
• from 4 weeks for Australia, Japan, China and the rest of the World.
• Remote areas and islands: delivery to islands and remote regions may take longer than our standard delivery times. This includes, for example, the Azores and Madeira, the Canary and Balearic Islands, Greek islands including Crete, Sicily, Sardinia, Corsica, the Scottish Highlands and Islands, Alaska, Hawaii, Tasmania, rural areas of Australia and New Zealand, and northern Canada and Scandinavia.

If your order doesn’t meet your expectations, you may return it within 14 business days of delivery for an exchange or a full refund:

• Item must be returned complete;
• Item must be in a perfect condition;
• Item must be unused;
• Item must be in the original packaging with all the tags in place;
• Return shipping charges are paid by the customer. Original shipping costs are non-refundable;
• Customs duties and taxes, if any, are paid by the customer;
• We are not responsible for customs-related delays;
• Refunds are made within 5–15 business days once the returned item reaches our headquarters and has been inspected.

- Can I customize the product?

Yes! All products are made in our design and sewing studio, therefore we can easily customize the products to suit your needs. Please contact us here before making a purchase and we'll be happy to assist you.

- Are the colors accurate?

We do our best to take and edit our photos to make the colors visually as accurate as possible. But please note that the colors shown may not be an exact representation of the actual shades, due to every monitor having its own capabilities in displaying colors.
To be sure that your chosen color is right for you, and to experience the quality of our linen, we recommend ordering a pack of fabric swatches here.

- Does your linen shrink?

No! Our linen goes through a stone-washing process which means it's already pre-shrunk when it reaches you.
Stone-washing also makes linen soothingly soft.

- Is your linen environmentally friendly?

We only use OEKO-TEX certified linen. This certification ensures that our products are safe for you and the environment throughout every step of production. From the raw materials and fibers to the finished fabrics and end products, we guarantee that our linen is free from allergenic dyes, pesticides, heavy metals, and other harmful substances.

- How is my order packaged?

It's carefully wrapped in kraft paper and secured with a raw natural linen rope. We believe in using sustainable materials in each step of the process.
