Epic Linen Gift Card

• Epic Linen e-Gift Cards are delivered electronically via email and are redeemable exclusively at epiclinen.com.
• All e-Gift Cards are valid for 6 months from the date of purchase unless otherwise stated.
• The e-Gift Card must be redeemed within the validity period. Expired gift cards cannot be reactivated, extended, refunded, or replaced.
• Each e-Gift Card is valid for one-time use only and must be redeemed in a single transaction.
• Any unused balance remaining after redemption will be forfeited and cannot be refunded, credited, transferred, or applied to future purchases.
• If the total order value exceeds the value of the e-Gift Card, the remaining balance must be paid using another accepted payment method available at checkout.
• e-Gift Cards cannot be exchanged for cash, withdrawn as cash, redeemed for monetary value, or used to purchase another gift card.
• All e-Gift Card purchases are final. Once issued, e-Gift Cards are non-refundable, non-returnable, and cannot be cancelled.
• e-Gift Cards are not personal bank accounts, credit cards, debit cards, or payment accounts and do not accrue interest or other benefits.
• The purchaser and recipient are responsible for safeguarding the gift card code. Epic Linen is not responsible for lost, stolen, deleted, unauthorized, or incorrectly delivered gift cards resulting from inaccurate information provided at the time of purchase.
• Ownership and risk associated with the e-Gift Card pass to the purchaser and/or recipient upon successful electronic delivery.
• Epic Linen reserves the right to refuse, suspend, cancel, or invalidate any e-Gift Card where fraud, abuse, unauthorized activity, or a breach of these Terms & Conditions is reasonably suspected.
• Any attempt to resell, reproduce, manipulate, or use an e-Gift Card in a manner inconsistent with these Terms & Conditions may result in cancellation of the gift card without refund.
• To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, Epic Linen shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use or inability to use an e-Gift Card.
• Epic Linen reserves the right to amend, modify, or update these Terms & Conditions at any time without prior notice, where permitted by applicable law.

By purchasing, accepting, or redeeming an Epic Linen e-Gift Card, you acknowledge and agree to these Terms & Conditions.

- Can I customize the product?

Yes! All products are made in our design and sewing studio, therefore we can easily customize the products to suit your needs. Please contact us here before making a purchase and we'll be happy to assist you.

- Are the colors accurate?

We do our best to take and edit our photos to make the colors visually as accurate as possible. But please note that the colors shown may not be an exact representation of the actual shades, due to every monitor having its own capabilities in displaying colors.
To be sure that your chosen color is right for you, and to experience the quality of our linen, we recommend ordering a pack of fabric swatches here.

- Does your linen shrink?

No! Our linen goes through a stone-washing process which means it's already pre-shrunk when it reaches you.
Stone-washing also makes linen soothingly soft.

- Is your linen environmentally friendly?

We only use OEKO-TEX certified linen. This certification ensures that our products are safe for you and the environment throughout every step of production. From the raw materials and fibers to the finished fabrics and end products, we guarantee that our linen is free from allergenic dyes, pesticides, heavy metals, and other harmful substances.

- How is my order packaged?

It's carefully wrapped in kraft paper and secured with a raw natural linen rope. We believe in using sustainable materials in each step of the process.
