Express Delivery – Upgrade Your Shipping
This is not a physical product. By adding this item to your cart, you are selecting our Express Shipping service for your order.
Please follow these steps to complete your Express Delivery upgrade:
- Add this item to your cart;
- Click "Checkout";
- In the Contact section, enter your email address;
- Fill in your delivery details in the Delivery section — including your country, full name, address, city, postcode, and phone number;
- Once your delivery details are filled in, scroll down to the Shipping method section.
- Select "Express Delivery" — you will see it appear as an option below Standard shipping rate;
- Continue to the Payment section, choose your preferred payment method, and click "Review order" to finalize your purchase.
Important: Please make sure to select "Express Delivery" in the Shipping method section — otherwise standard shipping will be applied to your order automatically.
Linen care
Washing instructions:
- machine washable at 40 °C / 100°F;
- no need to iron (but if you must, make sure it's inside out);
- air dry or tumble dry at low heat.
Shipping, Returns & Import Fees
Your local regulations may apply import duties and VAT (Value Added
Taxes) to international shipments, depending on the order value. These
charges are not included at checkout and are collected by the delivery carrier.
As they are determined by local authorities, we’re unable to estimate them in advance.
Ready-made items will be shipped out within 1-2 business days.
Standard shipping normally takes:
- 4 – 11 business days for Europe;
- 2 – 3 weeks for USA and Canada;
- from 4 weeks for Australia, Japan, China and the rest of the World.

- Can I customize the product?
Yes! All products are made in our design and sewing studio, therefore we can easily customize the products to suit your needs. Please contact us here before making a purchase and we'll be happy to assist you.
- Are the colors accurate?
We do our best to take and edit our photos to make the colors visually as accurate as possible. But please note that the colors shown may not be an exact representation of the actual shades, due to every monitor having its own capabilities in displaying colors.
To be sure that your chosen color is right for you, and to experience the quality of our linen, we recommend ordering a pack of fabric swatches here.
- Does your linen shrink?
No! Our linen goes through a stone-washing process which means it's already pre-shrunk when it reaches you.
Stone-washing also makes linen soothingly soft.
- Is your linen environmentally friendly?
We only use OEKO-TEX certified linen. This certification ensures that our products are safe for you and the environment throughout every step of production. From the raw materials and fibers to the finished fabrics and end products, we guarantee that our linen is free from allergenic dyes, pesticides, heavy metals, and other harmful substances.
- How is my order packaged?
It's carefully wrapped in kraft paper and secured with a raw natural linen rope. We believe in using sustainable materials in each step of the process.
